Touring Club de Catastrophe

Touring Club de Catastrophe is a personal 8mm film diary made by a pseudo scientist-colonizer. In a cool and impersonal voice she describes the conditions needed for the development of civilization in a given area. The hauntingly uncanny narration takes the viewer on a trip to the darker side of a post-colonial consciousness.
