I am a documentary film editor and director with over 10 years of experience. I graduated from the Polish National Film School in Łódź and the University of Arts in Poznań, Poland. I am a scholarship holder of the City of Warsaw stipend, the Marshal of the Lódź Voivodeship stipend and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage stipend. I specialize in feature-length cinema documentary films but I also worked for most of the Polish TV stations on documentary series and TV-films. Currently I work at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, Poland, where I teach Film Editing.
Academy of Arts in SzczecinJune 6th, 2023. Our joint documentary with Kasia Trzaska "Being Benovsky" received film production funding from the Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej (Polish Film Institute). I would like to thank Kasia and Vision House with Lukasz Bluszcz and Justyna Rutkowska for working together on this project. Above all, however, I would like to thank the Maurycy Beniowski Foundation from Nowa Sól, with Jurek, Janek, Edek and Waldek, for the opportunity to follow their fascinating adventures with Benovsky. Now it's just roll up the sleeves and get to work.
